Justin put warranties on all games I bought without asking. $15 added to my total for no reason

Incompetent employees can’t even keep proper inventory on high dollar items. Waste of time and gas

Bought a used $60 game. Went to wrap it for my son and double checked the box, no game inside! I was furious. Thank god I checked it before he opened it on Christmas. Called the store once they opened and they double checked their stock to find that they did in fact have an extra copy in stock. Appreciate the help!

Went into the store to order a game. The cashier enter my address wrong so the game got sent back. I had to call twice to get a refund, then all I got was a gift card. Not a refund, forcing me to go back to Gamestop. Then I go back into the store to get the game I originally ordered and now it's almost $6 more than when I first purchased it. I'm disgusted at company policy and how my issue was handled. Not buying from Gamestop anymore, not over $6 but how it was handled.

They had a great selection at a great price, but they just threw the warranty on there without asking if I even wanted it. I was about to say I didn't want it, and my friend with me immediately backed me up and said, "No, take that off. We don't want it." They took it off after that, but that was incredibly shady. Customers shouldn't have to advocate for themselves like that.
