Rude unhelpful staff. Unprofessional. I went to buy a used controller and the employee who "helped" was very rude and refused to answer my questions. She responded to them as if implying they were stupid and would not pay attention. Refused to give me specifically what I asked for, insisted what she showed me was "better" and tried to force a warranty on me. When I refused she made it seem as if I just made a huge mistake. Let's hope this controller works because I am not going back.

Great service. Made a mobile order before the store was even opened and was emailed my pickup was ready 1 minute after they opened.

Staff was friendly and enjoyed helping me learn more about collecting cards. Prices on them was inflated but non the less they had them in stock

The manager of this place could care less about you. I bought a new PS portable because the employee told me if it was new I could return it. The manager has the nerve to say look at your receipt which you dont get till obviously after your purchase. Still in its box brand new but he thinks he can shoo me off because he knows everything about games and doesn't care what his employee told me. save yourself the trouble just go to Nelson so hopefully get an honest salesrep.
