yall are so petty. the employees are always as helpful and friendly as they can be. 1 - i happened to go by the store at this lorcana event. it was packed with people. what do you expect them to do drop all other customers to only serve you? plus you mad you were wrong about a promo card. thats on u 2 - probably a call out. it happens anywhere. the false advertising claim is simply dumb. if you ever been to a gamestop before you know not all useed games have original cases 3 - have you ever been in this store?? they almost always packed and the phone is ringing nonstop. they arent sitting on they butts ignoring you they busy helping a line of people 4 - your mad there was a line lmaoooo

Went to this gamestop and says right beside the door opens at 11 to 5 on Monday to Friday. They didn't open till 12am I was taking back a ps5 game that I bought online that came in a black box that was crashed. I ask them gamestop shows the box art and all contents that come with the game and all you really get is a disk in a black box. No where did it state disk only on the page. The green hair girl said that's because it's pre-owned I told her well it's called false advertising when you show one thing and send something that looks like I picked it up at a yard sell. I had to wait in line forever to hit waited on as the 2 employees sat there talking to one person about everything under the sun. I can see why gamestop is closing store. Never going back. Gamestop is as bad as Sony has got. Hope they both go bankrupt.

I just had the worst experience at Game Stop in Gastonia. I went simply to buy a PS5 controller and the price was 55 bucks for all brand new PS5 controllers. The manager whom name was Robin, said he is in charge of the district. Then said he cannot honor that price and raised it to 75 bucks. He said sorry I cant do anything about it. Its out of my hands and walks off. Dont ever go to this establishment if this is how the treat their customers and honor their prices.

The employees are always pretty nice and cool, aren't really that pushy about getting me to buy stuff too which i like. The store is big and has everything to fit whatever nieche I'm into that month

Let me first say that Evan was amazing. He was very professional, thoughtful, and informative. The most important thing was his honesty and willingness to go the extra mile for everyone that I watched him interact with regardless of color or gender. Everything that I mentioned are traits hard to find nowadays in customer service. I observed him being patient and helping everyone to the best of his ability with a true effort. I want to also acknowledge the other 2 associates that worked with him today for being so wonderful as well. They all worked together as a team! Thank you all for making our experience at GameStop great!
