GameStop #0882

What an incredible experience at the GameStop on Guilford Drive in Frederick, MD! I had just finished shopping at Ross and Five Below when I decided to stop in here, and I'm so glad I did. As soon as I walked in, I came across an awesome selection of anime merchandise to my right. Seeing Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, Naruto, and other collectibles immediately caught my attention as an a formidable anime figure collector. They were pricey, but it was still nice to see the various anime figures I don't see in other stores. While browsing through the clearance section, I spotted a Funko Pop! Kagura figure from Inuyasha marked down to $9.97. After doing a little research online, I realized it was already a fantastic deal, so I decided to buy it. Then came the biggest surprise of the day to me! Once I got to Sanders, the cashier, and gave him the item, I was hoping the clearance price would be true. After I entered my GameStop membership phone number, Sanders looked at the register and told me the final price was only $2.99 to $3.17 with tax. I was completely shocked! I honestly couldn't contain my excitement and let out a cheer right there in the store haha. Sanders laughed and explained that sometimes clearance items receive even deeper discounts for members. Going from an original price of about $14.99 to just over $3 is one of the best deals I've ever found. Sanders was very friendly, professional, and made the experience even more memorable. Thank you to Sanders for making my day! If you're an anime collector or just love great bargains, this GameStop is absolutely worth visiting. I'll definitely be back someday!

Great experience, Hannah at the front super knowledgeable and even better she was helpful 😂 Def the spot to go to get games , a until NEXT time ....Keep doing ya thing Hannah and dem.

Just your run of the mill game stop location. Carries all of the same items just like all the rest of them. The used game prices are kind of high, so you would do better by buying off of ebay instead. The used game selections are a lot smaller than you would expect.

The person working on 04/28 couldn't even bother to put their cell phone down long enough to speak to a customer. Empty store and the only staff is playing on their phone, ask a question and they say "no" without looking up and continue on with their phone.

Great experience at GameStop thanks to Gavin. He provided excellent customer service and took the time to walk me through the entire trade-in process step by step. He was very engaged, made sure I understood all the details, and answered every question clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience. Overall, a smooth and positive visit thanks to the assistance from Gavin.
