There's nice things in the store and it's well stocked. Though it's stocked with reproduction consoles that they're selling for full cost of a real console. Then they rip you off by turning down real consoles, at best calling it repro and offering you nothing. There's one that's just .2 miles from this one, and they have my business all day long. But this gamestop? The owner or manager on file, doesn't know as much about consoles, as he thinks he does. So much so to show you a reproduction, and say it's real to turn down your real genuine console. Also turns down games that never had a battery to begin with, saying it doesn't have the battery so it's not real. It's the real game, it's not repro based on the numbers or the filing systems it was stored in, but he knows better than decades of people who've begged me for it. If you want a fair deal, don't go here. They'll screw you over just as they would the next guy.

I went to buy a used controller last week and they sold me one with a ton of stickdrift so I took it back the next day and asked for a new one so they gave me one with buttons that stick so bad you can't even play and I bought a warranty on the second controller just in case and when I came in and told them the controller had stickdrift they seemed annoyed. So the next day I go back up the sticky button one with a warranty and I go in and tell them the buttons are sticky and it's the same 2 employees from both of my last trips there and they both seems bothered and annoyed by the fact that I would come back again! I was planning on getting store credit or a refund on the second controller with my warranty but they said they can't do that they can only swap it out for another used one and I tell them at this point I dont want another used one I just want to get a new one by using either my credit or refund towards the new one and paying the difference and that's when they started being more rude and treating me like I'm an idiot for thinking a warranty meant that I could get my refund in any way. They insist that this controller is much better shape than the last two and force me to take that or leave with nothing and turns out it also has sticky buttons and I have to hit the b button 2 or 3 times to crouch in my games... Needless to say I will never buy a used controller from this place again and I will probably drive out of my way to go to other game stops or stores with the stuff I need.

Best location in the area hands down. Events are run smoothly, amazing selection of modern and vintage games, and the staff is knowledge about recent video game industry trends. Cannot recommend this location enough!

Had a great experience at the North Olmsted GameStop! Michael was awesome to work with — friendly, knowledgeable, and made great conversation throughout. Just a great guy. The trade-in process was seamless from start to finish. Can't wait to come back and pick up my preorders!

This location has a great selection sports cards. I collect NASCAR cards, they have a nice variety of NASCAR cards also. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this store.
