GameStop - 0774 - T.J. Maxx Plaza

I got shorted today when trading in an xbox. The red haired girl behind the counter not only made it very clear that she didnt want to handle my transaction, she straight up had me do her job by logging into the xbox just so she could reset it again. When it came time to pay me, she asked if i wanted my change and i said i absolutely do, to which she said "well i only ask because i dont have it". It should have been rounded up, or offered to been taken care of at a later time. I was given zero options, just a "sorry your SOL!" When i called yhe customer service line, they also refused to help me. Im on disability where every penny counts, and it really sucks to just get ripped off by a billion dollar corporation. This is 1000% why people think gamestop is a joke, you already are scamming me on my item, at least let me have what i was promised and signed my name to. If this doesnt get responded to, i wouldnt be shocked but itd be really nice to get some kind of recompense here.

The employees here are very friendly and helpful. They have a big selection of games, consoles, accessories, etc. There is plenty of parking!

Staff is attentive and kind, was able to get from them what I needed for a quarter of what best buy was charging.

Great Place. Picked up several things for my Grandson. The Cashier went out of his way to help me. Very Knowledgeable. My Grandson thinks im Cooler now... LMBO Poke'Mon Cards

I had a great experience with my trade in took a little bit for 2 consoles but the employee Collin was very nice and easy to work with.
