GameStop - 0601 - Central Park/Yonkers

Store is constantly closed. Owner is always closing the store and is super rude to customers. the first time he told me and my son “sorry this is my last customer” speaking of the one at the counter, but we ignored it and came to the register anyways with the one game and one controller we needed. Someone walked in while we were checking out and he said they needed to leave. Second time today arrived at 4:15pm and AGAIN the store was closed with a “be back in an hour sign”

Incredibly kind staff, fast service, Sincerely Thank you Joe for assisting me today in my trade-in! life saver man! God bless you all! Highly recommend this store!

Came to this mall just for GameStop to find the shutters down and everything closed. Is this location even active? There’s cobwebs (or bird nest) in the sign…

Pushy salesmen. Company policies are anti-consumers and anti-employee. The man behind the counter although sassy and pushy in terms of his salesmenship, was nice. But he charged me an extra 17 dollars on insurances and memberships i refused multiple times. My receipt litterally says you saved 11 dollars today, but i could have just saved 17 by not spending it in the first place. Especially since the pro membership is a yearly 25 dollar cost. Its a pain to cancel so thanks for that dude behind the counter who cant take no for an answer.

This store is never open!! 7:30pm Feb 27 on a Friday. STORE IS LOCKED AGAIN!! LIGHTS ON!! SAYS IT CLOSES 9PM. GAMESTOP WHAT ARE U DOING?!
