Can’t ask about buying a ps5 nobody answers the phone. I called back the next day I get put on hold for 45 minutes still no one talks to me. I’m going to Best Buy Best Buy Best Buy maybe target target has them too. Maybe Meijer maybe I’ll go to Myers. They got PS5 at Myers and Best Buy and target

Paul was so helpful and friendly! My husband and I went for a nintendo two-fer deal and Paul knew exactly what it was and gave us other combo deals. It’s hard to come across staff that are actually helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs but this was one of the best game stops we have come by.

It took me four months to get a gift I ordered for my friend in the store. I never got a call or email that it was ready for me to pick up. It was a Funko pop that I was waiting four months. I kept getting told to come back in a week and that they're call me and it NEVER happened. The service was quick BUT other than that I do not recommend going to this location and I won't be going back.

Mena and James always provide a wonderful experience. James always has the knowledge of the niche titles up for preorder that appeal to me, and Mena continuously provides quality service that feels more like talking to a friend than a business transaction.
