Absolutely disgusting human working there treated us with the rudest and most disrespectful tone and attitude. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe the despicable behavior I encountered. Don't go here. The prices are not competitive and they literally have the shortest return policy of any other store. There is a reason Game Stops are closing and failing...its employees like the one working Wednesday July 15th. Tell me you hate your job without telling me you hate your job. I hope he doesn't talk to kids that way. Shame Stop was a terrible experience. There wasn't an option for 0 or negative stars so 1 star it is. Complete fail.

Had a good experience here, definitely a great place to go if you're looking to get into gaming. They sell Pro memberships for $25/year, which pays for itself if you make a purchase every month for six months by using monthly $5 off coupons. Plenty of other perks to mention, like discounts, rewards, pro weeks, free shipping on orders over $54. Come on in and take a look at their amazing deals!

I don't usually post reviews but.. They say they open at 11am, it's 12:28pm and it's completely closed?? Says it's open too. I literally just wanted to buy Tomodachi life living the dream and drove 30 mins to get here..

Reserved to pick up a game around 11 pm the day before. Website said “pick-up as soon as tomorrow”. Boyfriend had a shift until 3 pm and was driving to go pick it up. He receives an email saying our reservation has been cancelled and we were refunded the payment. Terrible system. Do not bother with ordering anything online for pick-up. They will just give it to someone who wants to buy it in the meantime anyway.

I had a really great experience at GameStop and wanted to highlight how friendly and patient the staff were during my recent visit. I went in to trade in my Xbox Series X and purchase the new Nintendo Switch 2, and the whole process couldn’t have gone smoother. The employees were welcoming right from the start, especially Lexi, who assisted me with both my trade-in and purchase. She took the time to walk me through each step of the trade-in process, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I really appreciated her patience, especially since I had a few things to figure out before finalizing the trade. Manager Shannon was just as helpful—super approachable and genuinely focused on making sure I had a positive experience. He double-checked everything, made sure I was getting the best deal possible, and kept the process moving efficiently while still making it feel relaxed and stress-free. When it came to purchasing the Nintendo Switch 2, Lexi continued to be just as attentive, helping me pick out what I needed and making sure I was all set before I left. Overall, the customer service was outstanding. It’s clear the team really cares about their customers, and it made a potentially stressful transaction feel easy and enjoyable.
