GameStop - 0464 - Lennox Center

Store doesn’t answer the phone. Why have a phone to help customers, if it won’t ever be used?

Both Laisa and Jade were extremely helpful with my trade-in. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help me cut through the red tape while claiming my monthly reward. The website was not working when I tried to sign in, retrieve the required promotional code or even reset my password. Their assistance made a frustrating situation much easier to resolve.

Fernando is quite literally the nicest worker I have ever met. You should definitely come to this store because he will make sure he gets you right. Shout out to my boy. He went out of his way to help. Restored my faith in humanity.

I bought a used Xbox at this location almost exactly a year ago, but failed to buy the warranty! Brought my broken Xbox in today and spoke with Fernando. He was so helpful and patient in helping me find a replacement and a little credit for my old Xbox! 😊 I would highly recommend going to see Fernando at this GameStop location for any of your video game needs!

Fernando is so nice! His willingness to help meant a lot and really made my day. Absolutely worth the drive. I didn’t catch the names of the two associates that helped me when I walked in today but they were also nice and welcoming. Wishing you all a great weekend. Thank you.
