Sell associated at this store not helpful, I asked for return and exchange time line, He told me different from games top policy. Never go back to this store.

Run more like a swap meet instead of place of business. Employees get first dibs on products. They don’t follow their own company or store policies. Your experience is totally based on who’s working at the time. Just drive 30-40 mins to another GameStop and save yourself the headache.

I really wanted to support this local GameStop, but after this experience, there’s no way I’ll be back. My son and I stopped in looking for the new Pokémon set, Chaos Rising, and after standing in a long, disorganized line, we were blown away, in the worst way possible. They’re charging $90 for an Elite Trainer Box, $90, which is about $40 over MSRP. At that point, we didn’t even bother asking about anything else. If that’s how they’re pricing one of the most popular items, it’s pretty clear what’s going on here. Let’s be honest, this isn’t just a little markup, this is straight up scalper pricing. The same thing everyone complains about online, except now it’s happening in store, from a major retailer that should know better. We left immediately and went to Best Buy. They were sold out of ETBs, no surprise at retail pricing, but we were able to grab plenty of other items at normal prices, like every store should be doing. Everywhere else is charging retail, meanwhile this GameStop is sitting on inventory because they’ve priced it so high that no reasonable customer would buy it. That should tell you everything you need to know. If you’re thinking about shopping here for Pokémon cards, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that respects its customers, because this place clearly doesn’t.

Just wanted to share my experience going to this GameStop. I tried calling several times to see if they had the switch 2 in stock no one answered. I went into the store Tyler helped me check and see if it was in stock. I would say he needs more customer training with people. He was very brusque and cold I tried asking about the warranty for the switch 2 and he said GameStop won’t take it back if I open it. He kept pushing the stores warranty’s. Overall just not a great experience. I will not be renewing my pro membership and I’ll just go elsewhere for games and such.

I understand and accept the “you break it, you buy it” policy. However, I was very disappointed with the way the situation was handled at the Rockwall location. My daughter accidentally bumped into a glass cup while turning, causing it to fall and break. The response from the two employees working at the time was extremely rude and made the situation feel far worse than it needed to be. Accidents happen, especially with children, and while I fully expected to take responsibility, the lack of kindness and the rude manner in which they spoke—not only to us but to other children in the store—was upsetting. The behavior of both the gentleman and the lady working that day has made me hesitant to return to the Rockwall location.
