As a GameStop Pro member, I’m extremely disappointed with the trade-in experience I had at this location, specifically with employee Kyle F. I came in during the current trade promotion with multiple Nintendo Switch consoles, Joy-Cons, games, and accessories expecting a straightforward transaction, but the entire process felt unorganized, inconsistent, and very poorly handled. Throughout the transaction, Kyle F. repeatedly appeared unsure of what he was doing and had to ask for help multiple times. What should have been a simple trade-in became frustrating very quickly because the values kept changing and deductions kept getting added without clear explanations. One of the biggest issues involved my Joy-Cons. On the paperwork, one Joy-Con was being valued at a much higher deduction than the other — one was around $40 while the other was around $15. I specifically asked why both couldn’t simply be processed equally since they were both standard Joy-Cons in similar condition, and I was told “I can’t do that.” The explanation made no sense and honestly felt very arbitrary. On top of that, multiple Nintendo Switch games were marked down for “condition” issues despite the games being in excellent condition. Several games had $5 deductions applied individually, which dramatically lowered the final payout. The receipt itself reflected what should have been a much higher trade-in value — over $350 — yet after all the unexplained deductions, I walked out with around $265. I completely understand that stores have condition standards and trade-in policies, but customers deserve consistency, transparency, and employees who clearly understand the process they are handling. Unfortunately, this experience felt the exact opposite. Looking back, I honestly wish I had asked for a supervisor before finalizing the transaction. Very disappointing experience overall, especially for someone who specifically pays for a Pro membership and chose this location because of the advertised trade promotions. I will not be returning to this store. I will also be contacting corporate about this experience.

I had an ok experience here. I put in my card for psa and the employee gave me the card sleeve to put it in (it was stuck btw which worsened my grading). I guess I put it in a bit too shallow and he pushed it deeper into the sleeve pretty roughly which really pissed me off. Receiving it back was very nice though. Very nice women working here. They also put vaporeon and charizard in the chairs and they looked like they were playing cards together. Very cute for them to do that. But I really like this GameStop (except that one man). Just make sure you’re on your cards 100% of the time.

I came in feeling a little overwhelmed and under-informed, but Ms. Naomi completely turned my gloomy day into sunshine! The store was neat, clean, and very well organized, with clearly labeled discounted items that made shopping easy. What truly stood out, though, was Naomi’s superior customer service, patience, and genuine kindness. She took the time to help me understand everything without making me feel rushed or pressured. I honestly wasn’t planning on becoming a Pro member, but thanks to her help and professionalism, I walked out with a Pro membership and even placed some preorders. Because of Naomi’s outstanding service, I’ll definitely be bringing my friends and family back to this location. She made the entire experience memorable
