GameStop #0226

This is one of my favorite GameStop stores in the valley. The only problem is the space completely sucks 😞 but they always have great merch on sale or clearance and if you can't find a game that you need they will find it for you at a nearby store.

I went for a 3Ds game yesterday and they gave me the wrong game

While seeking assistance with a process, an employee wasn't sure how to handle it so he called the manager, the manager stated that I would need to return all three games to facilitate an exchange. My intention was not to obtain a refund, but rather to replace one of the games or exchange it for items of equal value. The manager further indicated that because one of the items was complimentary, an exchange was not possible and it would need to be returned via mail. I went to the Edinburg location and they were happy to help me.

This store and its staff was an absolute lifesaver tonight!! After spending all day looking for a specific JJK plushie for a gift, Luis and the rest of the team did everything they could to help me find it! And they did find it!! 10/10 experience and a wonderful team

Worst experience of my life the manager James didn’t wanna come to the front. The whole staff was uninviting. I only had one new person helping me. They acted like my item was no good which I understand I guess but I was there 45 minutes plus waiting for nothing I will not recommend anyone in the valley go to this GameStop. Worst experience ever left my kids crying.
