Do not buy TCGs from them anymore, they charge as much or more than scalpers would for product now. They should lose their distribution rights, simple as that.

I paid $10 for Xbox card and they did not put the money in it and I got scammed so now I gotta contact them to get my money back

Staff is awesome and very polite. Helped find everything I was looking for while we had a pleasant conversation. Always nice to see people work at a store like this with actual passion for the industry and community.

Bought a pair of headphones for someone a day before showing up for a return, package was completely unharmed and I had the receipt from the purchase, despite not having any text on the box stating that breaking the tape that held the box shut would void any potential return, when requesting a cash exchange instead obviously at a net loss I was still refused. I wouldn't advise shopping for anything ware related at least from this location.
