GameStop - 0188 - Rockingham Park Mall

Have been trying to pick up an order I had sent to the store for over a week now. Mail carrier accident put it in the mail room. Gamestop staff has been ignoring my order and not grabbing it from the mail, I have visited multiple times to see if it has been received and I keep getting told different things. Between they need a mall manager. A GameStop manager and to call customer support. Despite constant attempts to communicate that I have been trying to get a hold of someone to retrieve it nobody did. I was always told that I can't be promised that they will grab the game at any point and then turned away.

I don’t recommend it. I bought a G923 at the store that didn’t work, and they said I can’t return it, only exchange it for another one. But they don’t have any in stock at the store, only through shipping Game stop isn’t the same anymore

Okay, NOW This GameStop Got Better, They Restock A Golden Freddy Squishmellow And Other Stuff But I Couldn’t Get Two Cuz I’m Almost Broke But I Bought The Golden Freddy Squishmellow And It Was Soft And Rare Also! Your Getting Better!!

It was nice store and the staff was polite

Went to this gamestop with a complicated gift card and trade card issue. Riley and Quinn were quick to help! They took the time to understand the issue, had such a positive attitude, and got everything straighted out for in no time.
