GameStop - 0006 - Hulen Mall

Cool stuff, but general manager kicked out two groups while I was there. Neither group really did anything worth kicking out over, one group was literally just looking at pokemon cards and talking. The other group just complained over the figurine prices and got kicked out.

For the love of all things holy do not ever believe anything game stop says about shipping or pick up. I’ve had to buy two consoles—1 of which I paid to have next day delivery—to then go into the store for the pick up and be told “Sorry we don’t see your order” and after showing them the order being told “Sorry try calling the help desk maybe they can help you” and the help desk saying “They know that’s not how this works so I don’t know why the store would tell you to call us. And no we can’t cancel your order even though you can’t get it despite you paying for it.” Game stop customer service s. Ucks. Can’t go bankrupt fast enough.

bro, sebastian is amazing. never had such good customer service, he helped me find anything and had knowledge about any of the packs or games i didn’t know. 10/10 5 stars definitely coming back.

Wow. What a great team at this store. Maliq was the MVP who spent hours helping me trade in a ton of old products and was incredibly helpful and patient and overall great. I’ll absolutely be coming back.

Pretty disappointing experience at this GameStop. Mendi was on her phone the entire time and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. On top of that, she had a noticeably mean attitude toward her coworker, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable to watch. Meanwhile, her coworker was knowledgeable and trying their best to help three different customers at the same time. They were clearly the only one actually working and doing their best to keep things moving. Big credit to them for holding the place together
