The workers were very nice and helpful. This was the only location I could find that had a PS3 controller. I even bought a new game I didn't even know they had there. One of the nicer looking GameStops ive been to.

Walked in an hour before close to trade in 3 factory reset, ready to go consoles. Should’ve been a 15 minute trade. They had 3 employees and I was still asked to come back the next day basically. Was just looking for some quick credit or cash but I guess I’ll just list it all on eBay myself instead lol. Won’t be back to this location, and apparently you need to come in prior to 6pm to be graced with the privilege of getting 40% value for your items.

This store has A1 employees that work here. They know their stuff, have good attitudes, and take care of business. The GameStop model is represented well by this location. Andrew just went out of his way to help me with something that he did not have to do, nor did I expect him to do it, but he did. If you have questions about video games, pokemon, or other hobbies, he knows his stuff. The other employees likewise are awesome but I just left the store so I remembered his name. I'm lucky I live close to this location.

Prices gotta change. I never go to GameStop. Signed up for the membership to get Pokémon cards because they are hard to find and you can pre order which is cool. However. The mark up is ridiculous. Why complain about scalpers hiking prices when a representative can do the same thing? The store and the employees are fine. But I feel like I wish I was informed better that they are up charging in a big way. Lost $60 in “fees” basically. Which is NOT ok for us as consumers to be taken like this by the producers and merchants. $5 a pack should be the standard. I paid $69 for a box of cards that MSRP $25. That’s not ok coming from an established business. Boo. Never going back except for those $1 cards.

Sold me 4 fake high end PSA slabbed/graded cards. Beware! They have no idea what they are doing with PSA slabs. They take in fakes and resell them. Then don't provide refunds after taking them back. So far they have gotten me on 4 fakes for a little over $8000! The first card was received back on January 22nd, 2026 and I still don't have a refund. I'm being charged interest on my credit card for this charge of the last 2 billing cycles. It looks like my only recourse is to take them to court to recover the original balance, interest fees, attorney's fees, and court costs! Save yourself the headache! Do not buy PSA slabs from them!
