Games people play LLC

Best trade in I've found in the area, always has a ton of stuff for me and my kiddo to pick from. Everyone working here is super nice and great with my kid who is just getting into pokemon cards.

I first visited this store because my boyfriend lives in Peoria and I was looking for new stores to visit to kill some time before seeing him. After my first visit, I knew this was a store I’d keep coming back to. I drive an hour just to be able to go to this store. Nathan, the owner, is a super friendly guy. He really cares about his customers. I hope this is okay to share, but I overheard him on the phone with a credit card processing company, He was telling them that he didn’t want to use that particular company because he didn’t want to pass the fees onto customers. If that doesn’t speak for how much he cares, I don’t know what will. He is always willing to give me a good deal when I am purchasing single cards. I cannot recommend the store enough.

Game People Play in Hanna City is one of the best stores in the area for all of your TCG needs. The owner Nathan is knowledgable, friendly, and honest in all of his pricing and deals. The world of TCGs moves EXTREMELY fast, but Nathan and Games People Play are ready to keep up with the pace. New stock is always rotating into the shop, so if you're looking for something in the central Illinois area - this is the place to check.

This is the dirtiest, most run down store ive played at. Overly smug employees who are there to push scalper pricing. Save time and just visit ebay from the comfort of your couch people. They're asking for almost double the price of official Bandai events which is clearly listed and standard every where else. Flase advertising when I drive almost an hour to be exploited. There's nothing special about this store. Please save your time with Google and visit any other lgs, you won't regret it. Advice for the owner, hire an janitorial service please.

Love this shop! Definitely my favorite TCG shop to go to in the area. The owner is great, super friendly, kind and patient with new players. Shop is always clean and organized, prices are fair and in line with the market. Always enjoy going here to either shop or play.
