Jester is awesome! We had a little rip session with him, and he was incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. He’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and just genuinely fun to hang out with. My fiancé and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend checking this shop out!

We stopped in a few days ago to ask a question about if they would buy high value pokemon cards and right off the bat, the employee working was on his phone and being very short with us. He asked a few questions, which we answered, and then frustratingly put his phone down on the counter and said we werent communicating clearly and we weren't answering his "simple" questions??? He proceeded to be very condescending and talk down to us about Pokémon cards and thier value, we left and will not return to purchase from a store that doesn't respect their customers. P.S. Read some of the other reviews and how the owner responds to their customers, very unprofessional..... ⭐️Edit⭐️ I was very honest about my interactions when going to the store. My main issue was the way the owner was talking to us.....not pricing, not quality, not the questions being asked.... the way you talk to your customers is the issue. You posted the video of our interaction and it wasn't even audible, I'm not sure how that's supposed to prove that you are "standing up for yourself" against us. You spend more time posting review replys, that are just as bad as talking to you in person, or just linking a condescending skit making fun of customers.... not how you run a business.

Came.on a whim for a tournament. Nice little store, amazing board game selection if you were looking for any rare ones, great pokemon selection and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend and will come back, if just to check out rainforest Cafe and round 1 which are nearby

Jester is the man, and the reason I return to this shop weekly. His infectious positive attitude is what brought me back the first time, and continues to bring me back for events, packs, accessories you name it. This shop goes out of the way to ensure players and collectors alike have positive experiences, so I ensure to go out of my way to continue supporting them as much as I can. Considering all of the other local spots I have tried, simply none hold a candle to the vibe at Gamers World. Love yall

Went to this place for the first time with my entire family and in-laws. About 12 people in all (6 children). Told the man at the counter we did some research and came over after a quick stay at the great wolf lodge. I merely asked if they align prices with TCG or Ebay at all. The man was incredibly rude and started talking down to me about the economics of retail and that they aren’t a pop up shop. I merely showed him that a tin they are selling for $50 is on TCG at $35 market price. He said ya sure go ahead and wait 2 weeks. I immediately got my entire family and left. I am very involved in the pokemon community and incredibly happy when talking buying and selling cards with card store employees This man was TERRIBLE. Truly not very good at his job. Will never return here.
