Gamer's Choice

I won 2 buyer giveaways on Whatnot, each for a Yu-gi-oh Chaos Origins Booster Box. They had discussed LIVE on stream, that because I had won, they would only send me a pack instead of a box. I felt very discriminated against as others that also won a giveaway were sent the actual booster box.

First, let me say that we had an unfortunate occurrence last year with an order I purchased. It was vehemently resolved afterwards. However, that did leave me skeptical to try ordering from this company again. After some time... I recently pre-ordered a "few" items from this company from the 'Chaos Origins' Yu-Gi-Oh! set. Not only did this company improve with their communication, they also made sure to send my pre-order without it seeming as if I was waiting for my items to arrive. THANK YOU Gamer's Choice for fulfilling my order in record time and also rebuilding my confidence in becoming a patron with you guys. Looking forward to future transactions.

Literally such an amazing spot for Pokemon. Came to trade in a card, got the max amount to get two etbs and some packs. I was so indecisive, I have my kids with me and the customer service is top notch. THE PATIENCE. so much patience and kindness. Literally the best place ever.

Several players had a negative experience here at a tournament last month. Despite the store being repeatedly contacted and made aware by multiple people of how to resolve the issue, they still have neglected to do so after more than a month. They have been unresponsive to many outreach attempts. And the people I have spoken to have essentially lied to me, claiming they would take specific steps to resolve it, then not taking those steps. This store has wasted the time and money of several players, and should not be trusted to run tournaments or resolve their mistakes.

Very poor experience. I pre-ordered an Ultra-rare full art Dragoon on March 30th. Set released on April 9th. It is now one week later, April 17th, and according to your tracking on the order, USPS is still awaiting the card. Really feel like it shouldn't take this long for the card. Don't list that you can sell the card if you don't have it yet.
