We were visiting Amarillo and found this store. It was great! The staff and owner were extremely helpful in assisting my grandson find some specific Yugioh cards. He even playedxa board game which we will probably buy. We visited on 2 different days and were treated fantastic! Highly recommend going there!

What an amazing game store this place is. My wife and I decided to stop in for the first time while we happened to be on 6th Street while visiting Amarillo for the weekend and wow were we surprised and delighted to have checked this place out. They have used games for pretty much every console, the have tables ready for playing table and card games, they have tons of game and movie-related collectibles and much more. Everywhere you look inside there is more to see. The people that work here are super nice and we had a great time talking to all of them. Also, the owner's dog Idee that was inside is one of the sweetest dogs I've ever met. We ended up buying an N64 game cartridge, some used star wars action figures and some funny stickers my wife liked. I can't wait to make a stop here again next time I'm in Amarillo.

Amazing place! Love it, I recently just bought an Xbox series x from them and it's working amazingly. I'm just a bit worried they might forget to clear the Xbox since I do have a lot of personal information I don't want someone to see. Especially since the Xbox I bought still had the last person info on it. But besides that it's an awesome store.

I can't praise this store enough! They have amazing selection. They are incredibly knowledgeable of things we were interested in. There was something for everyone! As a group from out of town, this place was a huge win! And they were so friendly!! Planning to make the trip back again.

GameQuest is a fantastic stop if you’re into retro gaming, collectibles, or just love browsing through nostalgic treasures. We didn’t plan to spend long here, but ended up enjoying our time exploring the store’s packed inventory. They have nearly every old-school game system imaginable—from NES and Sega to PlayStation and beyond—plus a wall of classic games to go with them. Beyond the video games, the shop also carries a wide range of collectibles: vintage toys, trading cards, movie posters, vinyl records, and even dollar-bin comics (my son picked up a couple and was thrilled). It’s the kind of place where you never know what cool thing you’ll stumble across, and the prices felt reasonable—especially for more casual collectors. Even if you’re just browsing, it’s worth a stop. The staff was friendly and let us look around comfortably without pressure. If you’re a gamer, collector, or pop culture fan, this is a must-visit spot in Amarillo.
