Game Kastle of Orange Beach Alabama

Store is clean but not very well stocked. Allergy Warning - If you are allergic to cats, this place is not for you. They do have a shop cat (it's cute! but still a cat) one person tells you one thing on the phone, when you get there another person says that person was either non existant or did not know what they were talking about. Don't bring items to sale or trade in to this place, they don't do that there. They also price based off of TCG player and do not haggle.

Avoid if you are a board gamer. Selection is ok but prices are MSRP or higher, and some game prices are outrageous. Seafall for $80?? That should tell you everything you need to know.

Staff was friendly and the locals super welcoming ar the flesh and blood event. Recommend for anyone nearby on vacation to check their event page. Also congrats to the guy who pulled the dash io hero card

Highly recommended!!! Great experience in-person and on the phone. Thank you Luke for helping me out. Check out their tournaments and their stock. They are one of the few shops open late every day and I appreciate that for those that work long hours. If you’re on vacation or just want something to do, stop in and look around. They also have a large area for table tournaments; they had a Bay-blades tournament going on last time I went. While I don’t play, it was very exciting to watch. As for pricing, they are typically at Market Prices. I do hope they can get a better contract with WOTC and distributors to offer lower more MSRP pricing but let’s be honest, they are so much better than the “other” store in Foley which charges excessive prices. Plus, the customer service is so much better at Game Kastle; I will continue coming back as I come down monthly to visit family.

Although I was disappointed as a Magic the Gathering buyer, I’m not going to give a new game store a horrible review. I want stores like this to thrive in Baldwin Co, but they really should look at their inventory and prices. Please look into getting sealed MTG products and offer better prices (a play booster box for over $200…yikes!). On the plus side, lots of room for players. They offer many different games and the view is great too. I’m pulling for you but until you can get some Magic and not charge outrageous prices, I’m afraid I can’t do business with you.
