Went it about 4:30PM 8/13/2026 to ask about Hobbit MTG. One of the employees behind the counter decided that was a good time to vape about 5 feet away. Illegal under Maine law and unethical to force on customers.

Very disappointed with the store as I went in to look at a card in the case. I asked to take a look at a card to see if it's what I wanted well guess the person working there are not allowed to take cards out of case. And I was hoping to do some trades but guess they cant do that neither. So I left the store

Incredible store with awesome finds! I am new to the area and was looking to get my nerd on and boy did I ever! I very much enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop and the caretaker was a phenomenal help! If you stop here for a rest along your travels you surely will not be disappointed! Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Newer customer, and was not impressed. Iv been here twice. TLDR on the first time, I had called ahead of time about them doing a cleaning service on some old games I had, the first time I got it done, no problem. I come in today to get some games cleaned and sell a few things. Theirs a gentlemen who was working the front who was really rude, when i asked to get a few games cleaned he imedetly shot me a nasty look and said “we don’t offer that service we never have” mean while the lady who did it before was right Next to him and says, yea I did a few games last week for him. The guy looked at her with this kind of “we’re talking about this later” look. And reiterated they don’t do that in a very rude tone toward the employee, then looked at me with the same nasty tone and said yea we don’t do that. Now I had a bag, most games I was looking to sell, along with some magic cards. How ever after seeing how this guy was treating their employee I just turned around and left. Will not suggest this place, will not shop again.

I purchased three video games less than a week ago, and all three were broken. The seller agreed to accept a return for one game, but only because he did not have another copy available to replace it. He then refused to refund the remaining two games, despite the purchase being very recent and the items being defective. When I disputed the remaining $15, the owner responded in an extremely petty and unprofessional manner and is actively contesting the charge instead of resolving the issue reasonably. There is a strict no returns or refunds policy, even when items are defective. According to multiple other reviews, the owner also treats children and parents very poorly when they ask questions. Based on my experience, this seller seems more focused on arguing over small amounts of money than providing basic customer service. I would strongly recommend buying elsewhere.
