The gentleman who helped us was awesome, super friendly, and so patient with my kids (including answering 500+ questions from my oldest!). It’s rare to find such genuine customer service. Plus, their prices on packs and slabs are fair. Highly recommend this spot for any of your card needs.

Extremely disappointing experience purchasing a high-end Magic card from this seller. Do not purchase from this store, if possible. I purchased a roughly $400 card listed as Near Mint, but the card arrived with a noticeable scratch on the back, additional surface wear/scuffing, and corner whitening that more closely aligned with LP condition under standard TCGplayer grading guidelines. When I reached out politely about the discrepancy and requested a partial refund, the seller became defensive and dismissive rather than addressing the actual condition concerns. Instead of discussing the grading itself, they repeatedly argued that because the market price of the card had increased since the sale, I still “got a good deal” compared to recent LP sales. That logic completely misses the point. A card’s condition should be based on its actual physical state, not retroactively justified by market movement after the transaction. The communication afterward was especially unprofessional. I was told my “arguments suck,” to “consider yourself lucky,” and that if I cared about condition accuracy on expensive cards, I should “only buy high-end cards in person.” The seller also repeatedly emphasized that they are “the professionals” because they sell large volumes of cards, while refusing to acknowledge any possibility of over-grading. There was no accountability taken for the inaccurate listing or the way the situation was handled. For collectors spending serious money on premium cards, trust and accurate grading are critical. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution buyers to inspect purchases carefully and be aware that concerns about condition may not be handled professionally.

From the moment we walked in we knew this was going to be our new favorite cars store. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. After trading some cards in, sending one in to get graded, and using that amazing in-store credit for more cards we ended our visit playing a game of Riftbound. They gave us a great welcome for being brand new to town and made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend anyone looking for a card shop to visit!

Fantastic shop, went in for my first grading submission and Stu was very explanatory of the process and it was smooth. Also got a card I’ve been wanting and we worked a good deal. Highly recommend Gambrill Gaming.
