Sent me a $200 order of cards in a flimsy plastic container with ZERO protection. Over half of the cards were damage and scratched beyond repair. When I told them they flat out said “too bad, it’s near mint” even though the damage was closer to MP and some even HP. Then they wanted to charge ME 10% to get a refund!! These people are the worst and I do not advise dealing with them. $200 and not a single penny sleeve was used. They are scammers and cheap - dealing with them is an awful idea and I would never recommend it ever. Just awful awful awful. Here’s a glance at some of the “near mint” cards they sent me. Creased, dented, completely scratched, dirt that WONT come off (not sure how that’s even possible…NM though!). One had a dent/hole so deep you could see light coming through the other side the card. Mind you they could have just accepted a refund of the cards without their “fee” and avoided this, but no. This is because of 10%. They offload their worst copies under the guise of NM, then lie through their teeth by saying they are as described. No one in their right mind would accept these as NM. And yes how gracious of you to charge ME to return the damaged cards you sent unprotected. I hope this review can help shed light on the kind of business you truly are. Shops like you have are a bane on the hobby. 30 cards sent without a single penny sleeve in a plastic container that haven’t been used since the 90s. And the fact that you are so hung up on the money tells me everything I already knew. I don’t care if it’s a $20 or a $1000 order. Ship your cards with respect and treat your customers with respect. It’s the principle, but you are too jaded to see that. Pitiful and disgraceful.

I took my card there because I was told that they gave 70% and they did tell me that only the cards that are worth you know $20-$30 and as long as they don’t have an abundance of that car just sitting around collecting dust they will give you 60 to 75% but on the cards that are only worth you know a buck or two it’s hard to give 70% when it’s gonna sit around for a while if it even sells, but I have to say that I made a mistake and the owner was as fast as possible to help me see my mistake and fix it, and he was really really understanding and considerate if it was me and I was really into this Pokémon stuff or magic or any of the trading card stuff I would consider coming here before going to another store that could give you a lot worse. These people in the store are very nice and knowledgeable on most of the items and the environment is very child friendly and it’s mind-boggling how much stuff fits into the store if it’s Pokémon, they probably have it and if they don’t, they can get it for you if you make a mistake and sell the wrong card for the wrong price they have no problem talking it out and even letting you get that card back at the same price They bought it for I have never made such a big mistake and had the owner of the establishment be so understanding and considerate I highly recommend anybody who has not been here to come. Try it out. Very nice place to go with your kids and let them pick out a few cards or even a few boxes of cards because when I was there, they had almost every set that I could think of besides for The you know the 90s in the 2000 stuff best card shop I’ve been to in years and honestly probably the only one that I’m gonna go to after this so if you haven’t been there, give it a try and if you have keep on supporting our local card shop because we need this place an if your in the area and collect card you will love it and never want to leave Thank you so much for the patience and understanding you guys gave. I will be back with my daughter to have another blast in. Just enjoy the environment. So thank you galaxy gaming for giving my kid the biggest smile and thank you for giving her the best bang for her buck I will not forget this anytime soon

This place is a real gem! Their product stock is out of control, and they make great use of their space. People were friendly, and they're a tight group but didn't make this introvert feel excluded. I can't believe it took me so long to get out here.

The more I come into this shop, the more I love them. I give them a list of Magic cards I need, and they pull what all they have (if you have a big list, its best to send them the list first so they can pull them for you). I'm still a novice, but Tyler sat there and went thru my whole deck with me to help swap out cards for better ones. I always check them before I order online. They have magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokémon, DnD, and other board games. There is an area where everyone can sit and play/chat. I have not been to a game night yet as I'm extremely nervous to, but I'm building up courage (and my deck, hahaha) 😆

The space was great, however certain product lines/item selections were somewhat limited, particularly with magic singles. The board games were solid but average compared to other game stores. However, I cannot give my opinion on the community as I only met two people and had to leave early do to some unexpected issues. Something worty noting though, their (assumably) public board game selection was rather impressive, I must say! Also worth saying, the real life sized comic book characters were OUTSTANDING and I loved them! P.S. I meant to leave 4 stars but I clearly am blind 😂😂, so I changed it, my apologies!
