Galaxy Games

Went late Friday PM to grab some Pokemon cards for my daughter's birthday. They had some in stock and the owner showed my daughter such generosity! Steve and the owner were helpful and kind and welcoming! As were the pups! I don't go to card shops a lot but this'll be the first place I check when I need something! 😋

Steve turned a pricing issue into one of the best customer service experiences I've had. He took the time to verify the price, corrected the mistake, refunded the original transaction, and made sure I left with an account and receipt. He genuinely cared about making things right, and it showed. Galaxy Games is a hidden gem. Their sealed product prices are fair and not inflated, which is refreshing in a hobby where many online stores overcharge. The selection is outstanding, but the store could benefit from a little reorganization. There are shelves occupied by out-of-stock display boxes and newer products like Gundam, Palworld, and Riftbound stacked on tables. Even with that, the fair prices, excellent selection, and outstanding customer service make Galaxy Games a shop I can confidently recommend. I'll definitely be back to support this local game store

I’m a little late but I would be remiss if i didn’t share. I went in a couple of weeks ago (when the marvel precons arrived). Usually i preorder everything I want so I can avoid giving the guys an annoying time since it’s usually busy when new sets come in. But was last minute buying the things i wanted to get on/ after pre release. Not only did Steve help me but he went out of his way to make sure i got everything I needed and made sure that I felt at home while I was there. I’ve been coming to galaxy games for, i’d say, 3-5 years now and this store, the owner, and the staff never disappoint. Steve especially deserves a shoutout. I really appreciate the service he provides to me and everyone else coming in to the shop and making everyone feel at home. The day i went in was an especially grueling one and my visit with Steve and Galaxy Games definitely brightened my day. I went home happier than i was before and i was able to enjoy my precons even more than I would have otherwise. Galaxy Games not only has a great selection of Mtg singles and sealed product of various tcg’s but also has a great selection of board games to choose from. Combine that with the excellent staff and you can’t go wrong and will 100% have a great time while you’re there buying whatever it is your nerdy heart desires. Side note: their snack and drink selection is surprisingly very good, Enjoy!

This store has everything if you’re looking for board games or card games. They have ETB‘s on Thursday gone by Friday after release. They have an incredible selection of magic, the gathering cards and an indexed searchable system at the front of the store you can use to build your deck or find singles. Steve was incredibly helpful and able to run the store as a one-man show multitasking with excellent customer service and a happy demeanor. You can tell the store is loved by its local community and fills up. there is always at least one table of games going. They have a large selection of board games as well.

Galaxy is an awesome store and a great place to play! Nicco, Steve, and Kellen are very knowledgeable and welcoming to new players. I’ve gotten into new card games like Weiss, Lorcana, and Star Wars Unlimited with their help. Feels like a home away from home!
