Excellent service and staff. The items available for sale as well as the gaming library are extensive. The food is always tasty and prepared quickly. Overall my favorite place to be (outside my own house). They really built a welcoming and inclusive place here!

I visited for the first time last Friday and everyone was really friendly. The staff helped me pick my first Magic the Gathering decks and I got a Fallout themed card holder that I was THRILLED about. The person working the cafe was really nice and brought the food I ordered to me. There were several groups playing different this and everyone looked like they were having fun. I played Magic for the first time. There is a tabletop game library so vast that the shelves of them covered an entire wall, floor almost to ceiling. And it is very spacious with many many tables and chairs. This place was pretty cool. I will return.

I felt unwelcome. More than anything else my experience felt unfriendly and unwelcoming to new players. Looked up local events for magic, found their draft night, followed the directions to get there on time. Only to be told that the site was wrong, and I needed to go somewhere else. When I showed up to next location, which was not listed for the event, was told, sorry, you’re too late (which sucks, but I can handle), bye (we don’t want you here). They acknowledged the site was wrong, but who cares, bye. They then proceeded to lie about what the site said, despite being shown they were wrong according to the online event. Mess ups happen. That’s understandable. But, when there’s no attempt to be friendly, no, “we hope you come back next week,” just nudging folks out the door after the store messes up? That’s not a place that welcomes new people. That’s not a place that cares about community.

Used to come here for cards. Almost went to a prerelease event they were hosting, until the owner decided to increase the entry cost by 240%. Find a different shop that supports the local scenes.
