This gentleman offered 30% STORE CREDIT ON OVER 800$ worth of pokemon these people are scalpers DO YPUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE!!! Thry deserve 0 stars and we're really rude!

Very poor customer service today. My 12 yr old sons always bring their own money in to the store to purchase football cards. They decided to check out some fidget/squishy toys. Most were opened and unorganized prior to our visit. The store employee came over and asked them not to open any- they agreed. He would not stop badgering them- he even accused them of opening some. When I suggested to my boys we leave, the employee suggested that I buy them. When I said no, he continued to sarcastically compliment my mothering skills and tell me that I’m teaching them good lessons. He would not stop with his harassing comments on my way out the store. I will no longer shop there. The Colonie Center store has great employees who always interact positively with my boys.

I gave him a hard time trying to trade for his crobat but i respect his trade, he made a really fair trade for what I offered after some back and forth understanding. I get what I need to bring next time I show if I want to trade again. Love the selection.

Came with cards to sell: bulk and at least 10 pristine cards worth at least $3-$5, at least 2 going for $15 and a slightly damaged ancient mew. He offered $40 offer for all of it, when I asked if he could go alittle higher he pulled the offer entirely and walked away. Don't come here to sell things, just sell on whatnot instead

Very disappointing experience at the Fan Zone in Crossgates Mall. I went in to exchange a hoodie and a shirt for a larger size and was told no, even though I had my receipt. There was nothing wrong with the items—I just needed a size exchange. This is extremely poor customer service. Refusing a simple size exchange with proof of purchase makes no sense and feels unreasonable. Staff were not helpful or accommodating, and there was no effort to explain or find a solution. I would not recommend shopping here if you expect basic customer-friendly policies.
