Love the store and happy they are getting more traction; however, what would have been 5 stars based on prior encounters has been lowered based on customer service and experience today. The only employee today was making comments (“it says it right there”)under their breath when people were confirming prices. When I’d asked to see a couple cards from inside the case, she said “please” because I’d forgotten to. I will take the screw up on my own manners for it; however, I don’t think someone in the service industry should conduct themselves with those responses. Especially someone in sales. I’d re-evaluate and offer more training and customer service basics to this individual.

10/10 recommend! Very well knowledge and helpful manager here. Made me and my fiancé feel welcomed and taken care of. Helping us build our collection one piece at a time :)

Doesn't seem like a place for serious MTG, checked it out because my usual places were closed after the holiday. Dude seems nice, but sorts his cards by color and not set. Not serious.

Fantastic selection, aesthetic environment, and friendly staff. Terry helped me trade a duplicate card I had, and it was a great shopping experience! 10/10

I’ve known the owner for quite some time now, and he’s an excellent person to do business with!
