He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience easy without making me feel rushed. You can definitely tell he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers. I ordered a WA system ddmk18 a week ago and had nothing but problems with the magazines so why 5 stars? I walked into evike planning to return some mags for it (they were terrible) and i belive Andy walked me though that WA is not a good system so he informed me that i should just switch guns altogether and showed me the ddpcc (great gun) and i belive Josh? (Just ask Andy) continued to show me all the pros and kinda comparing other products for me and they both guided me on how to properly fill the gas mags so I wouldn’t ruin them again overall $1000 well spent!

I have been a customer of Evike for over 10 years, and while my online shopping experience has always been excellent, the in-store service I received today was disappointing. The employee helping us, who was wearing a Bape hoodie had a poor attitude and seemed unmotivated to help. Not too sure whether he was having a bad day but the overall interaction just wasn’t pleasant.

Patrick L was awesome! That’s the customer service you expect from an industry leading company. Gave me some tips and recommendations. His suggestions were very valuable to me as a father wanting his kids to be safe but also have fun and enjoy airsoft. Professional and knowledgeable. The website is easy to navigate and great products

I had an issue with my order (completely my fault) and customer service was quick to help me return the items. I also had a small part for the gun I ordered that wasn't shipped (I was informed the manufacturer sometimes includes the part, sometimes doesn't in the box since it isn't a vital part of the item) but customer service had someone in the warehouse get the part and ship it to me the same day. It was amazing customer service and I would definitely recommend buying from them!
