Evans Event Center was the absolute perfect venue for our daughter open house! The space was beautiful, clean, and everything we hoped for. Our guests had an amazing time, we laughed, danced, celebrated, and made memories that will last a lifetime! The biggest shout-out goes to Courtney! From day one, she was incredible to work with. She was patient, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our event special. Every question was answered, every request was handled with kindness, and she made the entire planning process so much easier. Because of Courtney’s professionalism and attention to detail, I was able to relax and truly enjoy celebrating my daughter instead of stressing over the little things. If you’re looking for a venue for a graduation, wedding, birthday, baby shower, anniversary, or any special event, I cannot recommend Evans Event Center enough. Courtney goes above and beyond, and it shows in everything she does. Thank you, Courtney, for helping us give Kyla a celebration she will never forget. Huge thank you to Mrs. Evans and the entire Evans Event Center staff for hosting such a fun and well-organized Game Night for the Ben Davis Basketball program. The atmosphere was welcoming, the setup was perfect, and everything—from the food and music to the tournaments and games—ran smoothly. You could feel the community pride all night long. It was great seeing families, alumni, and supporters come together for a good cause while having an amazing time. We truly appreciate the professionalism and hospitality shown by the staff. We had a wonderful experience with Evans Event Center this past weekend! Courtney was so nice and helpful! In addition to providing the space, she created a balloon arch, photo backdrop... and reserved a 360 spinner! She completed the set up well before schedule which made it so easy for us to come in and put the finishing touches on the party without getting behind. She's a creative genius! Many thanks to one of the best event planners in Indy! I highly recommend the Evans Event Center for your events!
