The customer service was amazing. They had a clean and amazing atmosphere. I really felt welcomed when I came in and they were very respectful. I definitely recommend going here to buy some pokemon they have a huge selection.

I brought two of my sons to the store today in search of Pokémon cards. We had already visited two other stores that morning without any luck, and then remembered this one as we were driving by. Even though we arrived a couple of hours before opening, my younger son was so excited that he counted down the minutes until we could go inside. When we entered shortly after opening, the store was already busy—which was great to see. We had a little trouble finding the cards at first, but eventually located exactly what my son was hoping for. The staff members we spoke with were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The highlight of our visit happened as we were leaving. A gentleman who was set up to play handed my 11‑year‑old son a stack of Pokémon cards in protective sleeves. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and it absolutely made his day. My older son was with us as well, and I think he may have been even more excited than his younger brother. We thanked the gentleman at the time, but I wanted to share this experience because it truly stood out. The kindness and generosity shown by the people in this store today represented the business exceptionally well. My son is still in shock from the surprise, and it turned an ordinary outing into a memorable moment for our family. Thank you for fostering such a positive, welcoming environment. We’ll definitely be back.

Love these guys! Dedicated to their clientele and to always getting better and better. Been going here for years now, tabletop community is great, and they have great events for new releases! Definitely worth the visit if your looking for Pokémon/MTG cards, sets and boxes.

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with this store and it’s owner. I pre-ordered 6 MTG boxes and only received 5. He offered no apologies and insisted the only way to receive a refund was to return the entire package. I asked multiple times to just be refunded for the 1 missing box, but was denied. When letting him know about the oversight I was consistently made out to be the one at fault as if I was committing fraud. After reading some of the other social media posts about this business I will avoid any future interaction with them. You will see in their reply below that the owner continues to make me out to be an enemy. Here he also changes his story. Original story was that they received 47 boxes (1 box shy of 8 full cases which could have easily explained the oversight). Now he states 42 boxes (7 cases). He mentioned watching a video the day I reached out to them and offered to send it to me, which I welcomed as it would have hopefully proven where the error originated. He never did. I gave him a couple days to provide the video before I made the decision on the return. Original contact was on Friday the 23rd. The store was closed until Tuesday the 27th due to snow to which I reached out in the afternoon after not receiving any correspondence or video. I was simply giving them a chance to provide the video as I was told they would. But nothing was ever sent to me. As for the refund, they use square store which advertises the ability to send partial refunds right on their website. Even if that wasn't possible I mentioned a check would have been fine as well, still refused. Certified bank checks or money orders have none of your info on them if that was a concern. He stated that they have shipped "thousands and thousands" of packages in our conversation. I don't know how my order of an in demand box of mtg cards from their website is unusual to him. And no, I was not quick to want to return the product I did receive, since pre-order time to present time has sold out at MSRP and now costs more. So no, I didn't want that to be the one and only option available to me. I could go into more detail about how he forced our conversation into their public discord then blocked me and told me to only contact them through their website contact form. Final note: I'll add to this review as often as is needed to refute and deny the inaccuracies that you continue to post in the reply to MY review.
