seems like another example of a local community card shop selling out :( i’d heard from friends over the past few years about how great of a place this was, decided to stop by… the friendly customer service was entirely busy chatting with what i can only assume were long time regulars, and the product itself is marked up even beyond market price. not sure if it’s preying on uneducated buyers to support the tournaments or what exactly is going on here. wouldn’t surprise me if the owners cashed out and sold because i’m baffled at how big of a discrepancy in experiencing for what the reviews and local friends said… 2 stars just because of the positive experience so many else have had, i’m sure it’s a great social hub for the hobbies themselves, but in terms of buying singles or sealed, you’re better off buying online…

Update to my rating and review. Originally 4 stars. My brother and i came in to purchase cards for a themed deck. We came back for a NEO draft night, some one was swiping cards and nothing was done to correct the issue. Changing to 1 star due to poor communication and service. I had called and spoke multiple times about sorting and pricing before selling cards. I was told if I sorted cards 4$+ they would be interested in them and I would not need to pay the 25 deposit/fee. I have sorted a large collection of cards over the last couple weeks with the intent to sell majority of the collection. The buy list would not populate from there website 7/27. So I figured i would just come in the next day with about 40 valuable cards to see if they wanted any. Instead I was told I would need to start at their website. Which was not working the day prior, or I would need to pay the 25$. Meanwhile the owner was pricing and sorting cards for another customer next to me. I refused to pay the fee, which prompted the owner to tell the other customer that they don't sort people's card for free because they end up not selling (which is valid to a degree). They don't want you to waste their time. But they don't respect customers time either.

My girlfriend and I have spent the last couple of weeks shopping around at all of the local card shops. E4 was by far the friendliest. All of our questions were answered, everyone was very cool. The prices were extremely reasonable. This place embodies what a local card shop should look like and we will be happily making the trek from Redmond to Bend just to enjoy E4 often.

Seriously ran by such sweet people. Have only been there twice and the second time we went in, were gifted some cards by one of the owners to my sons! So kind! They have such reasonable prices on our so kind! Definitely got a regular from me!

Went in yesterday to get some precons. I normally play online but some friends talked me into getting paper stuff as well. First thing I noticed was how clean and well organized the shop was! Thousands of dope cards on display and even more bulk. They have great prices and pretty much any card you could want. Kansas was working behind the counter, and she was a breath of fresh air. Her humor had me cracking up, and she was pretty patient with me in answering my questions and helping me pick out precons. Very astute person as well, she consistently guessed which box I wanted to look at next just by my body language, which for me personally was cool, as it showed the wealth of knowledge she had and showed her attentiveness with customers. Bottom line is I went in just to get a deck, and ended up with 2 of them; some boosters, and I sat and played for about 3 hours. The tables were full of everyone playing commander that day, and everyone was so very very friendly and talkative. I enjoyed seeing everyone from so many walks of life, setting aside any differences they may have and just doing something we all love together. E4 is definitely a welcoming place and I really like what they have going on. I 100% have found a new hangout spot. If your wanting to get into a card game or expand your library or even just go and hangout out with some fellow nerds(myself included), definitely go check this place out!
