Dugout Sports Cards

I met Jeremy at 417 Card Show in Springfield Missouri. He was the most knowledgeable dealer i talked to. He helped me out with a great transaction between us. I wish him and his new shop great success. Thanks again!

Good selection, great store honestly. But one staffer (the Owners Wife/Co-Owner) was extremely rude to me. Only person of color in the store and constantly had her watching me. I had talked to the owner 5 minutes earlier about selling was told no buyers today which was fine. Then I was digging through boxes. Eventually instead of talking to me she immediately accused me of stealing. No apology afterwards just a stern attitude I was extremely upset by the lack of communication and apology. Very easy to fix by just that not immediately accusing someone then not even apologizing.

HUGE selection of single cards to choose from! Lots of sealed packs, blasters, and hobby boxes. Great prices on everything. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. From Baseball cards to Pokemon, this place has it all. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for the entire family. I'm sure we will be back again soon!

For anyone that takes the time to read this please pay no attention to the 1 star reviews and or the ramblings of angry and easily offended people. My eldest son has autism and this is one of his favorite stores to go to PERIOD. All of the staff know us by name and they are amazing with him and my youngest as well. They are patient, welcoming, and genuine. I look forward to stopping in every chance we get. Jeremy, Chaise, and a couple of employees even supported a fundraiser for my kids school here in Columbia. These are damn good people with big hearts and a passion for the hobby. If you have the opportunity to stop in and see them don’t miss it! Thank you Dugout for all the wonderful times and for being one of the best in the biz!!

It was a smooth experience getting product on the Pokemon Mega Evolution release day. Sleeves and top loaders were provided for our pulls, and the staff were very kind in answering any questions and overall hanging out. It was a great atmosphere with reasonable prices as well.
