Update 5/10: 5 stars now that they added back issues! We picked up a bunch of bundles and single issues! This is our local card and comic shop. Every time we walk in, we are greeted by welcoming people! The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Comics: The new comics section is great, but other shops do have larger sections. I haven't had an issue getting the books I want. If you sign up for their free subscription plan for new comics you get 10% off! I hope they start keeping back issues at this location. They have had them on special occasions but not like the other locations. Me and my girlfriend love looking through dollar boxes and discount bins when we are looking for new stories to read. If possible, please do more back issues!!! :) Trading Cards: Their trading card section like every other game store is always running low. They carry pretty much all your big games (Pokemon, MTG, One Piece, Lorcana, Yugioh, ect) as well as smaller games. The prices however are all over the place. We have picked up Pokemon and One Piece at retail prices, but sometimes they are over market. They aren't always that way, so I am curious how they price their sealed products. I haven't played MTG in a while and was curious about a bundle they had it seemed a bit high to me, and I looked it up on TCG Player when I got home and it was well over market price. I am not complaining because this is how every store operates nowadays and everybody wants the product! Can't be mad at it. Overall, the store is great and the people are nice. If they could expand their comic sections and add back issues, we would spend more money here!

Comfortable space to shop and gather for rpgs or tabletop gaming. Small amount of graphic novels and comics. Decent amount of TCG, RPG, and boardgames. Got a great Houndoom Ex card here.

Had bad experience with buying and trading Pokemon cards. On one instance they priced a heavily damaged card as near mint. When asked only knocked off a $1 for a $8 card. I should have known better and just walked out but took it as a binder card. Another time I was there to sell my cards. He prized my card as moderately played (even tho they were near mint) and they only offered 40% as trade value (which is absurd - you will find stores that offer you at least 60% in store credit) When asked how he priced he showed me TCGplayer with “moderate played” filter on - Hence the low value. When asked he removed the filter but didn’t want to price it for near mint and stuck to the MP condition value. I bought that very card from them few months ago. Which means they either sold me a MP card as NM or do this with their customers to gain big profit margins. They are nothing but glorified scalpers who ruin the hobby for everyone. Would not recommend buying Pokemon singles from them. Just buy sealed products.

Always over charge and when I showed up for Riftbound event that I signed up for one of the 16 slots because I didn't sign up on THEIR website I was unable to play even though I secured my spot a week ago. Not very supporting game store. Better options in MSP Either the person running the Google reviews doesn't know their system or is lying. Attached is a direct sign up from the Riftbound site. You can see clearly it says sign up for the event and pay in person. It even says the business doesn't take digital payments. Also what kind of business tells it's customers what kind of review they can leave??

DO NOT BUY BULK from this store. I have bought bulk previously at other stores as I find they are good to get a bunch of cards for my friends to build a cheap deck when they are first getting into MTG. I bought bulk at this store expecting a similar experience to other stores; 1000ish cards with some cards having 30ish duplicates, not 1000 cards with 20 different cards total in the box. I received nearly 200 of the same non-basic land card (Wind-Scarred Crag). My interaction with the staff wasn't much better either, I had asked one of the staff members for a common rarity card that I know is typically hard to come by as it's highly sought after (slime against humanity), without moving from her spot she said no we don't have that card in a very rude tone. She also rudely told me that I should've first looked at their online inventory to see if they had the card. I would have looked at the online if I knew how to get to it, if you go to their website over half of the buttons don't work including the trading card singles one at the bottom of the home page. Nicely enough one of the other staff walked over and actually looked for the card without me having to ask him. I understand that some cards are hard to come by but it would've been nice to see some sort of effort put into looking for the card. The only reason I am giving this review a 2 star and not 1 is because this store had a overall good selection of product for its size.
