Dreamers Vault Games - Burnsville

They had one of the most extensive collections of sealed Magic The Gathering product I think I've seen anywhere in Minnesota. The challenge was that the staff looked like it was an inconvenience that we were there. He kind of glared at us the entire time we were in the store. I don't know if it was because I brought my kids (they didn't touch anything and were well behaved) or what.

The DnD section is pretty small and the employee at the front made shopping weird and uncomfortable by following my every step like a mirror to make sure I wasnt stealing or something? I left feeling extremely annoyed and it definitely didnt help that he clearly didnt bother using any deoderant.

My husband recently started collecting MTG. I popped in after work to check out the shop. I meandered giving anyone working a chance to acknowledge me and so forth. Never happened. Note to store: any warm body is a potential sale. Endeavor (train staff) to say hello to everyone who steps into your house (of cards and figurines)

On a number of occasions I have had the absolute delight of having Dakota as my guide. The man is an absolute pleasure to interact with, very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for customers. Owners of this establishment, please take note, this is the type of man I would love working for me. I encourage you to acknowledge this mans efforts, my suggestion, get him tickets to see starwars preformed live by the Minnesota Orchestra, they play the movie on a big screen behind the orchestra. Please, take care of this man, he deserves it.

I am the green-haired lady who stopped by a week ago or so and bought a bunch of things here, including 3 Traptrix decks (trying to buy build a traptrix deck with structure decks). I've never had this happened before, but a crucial $5 card (Ash Blossom) was completely missing out of one of the boxes. I recounted over and over and accepted that it was just missing. I called the store to get a receipt as well cuz I couldn't find the receipt and told the guy over the phone I was missing a card, hoping maybe he could help, but he didn't really offer to do anything about it, but he at least was able to email me my receipt. I give the store 4/5 because idk where the blame should be put and may very well not be their fault, and the workers there were still very nice people and enjoyed chatting with the lady there.
