Just found these guys as I was traveling through. Don't let the game shop scare you away. The food was very good. Only critique is I would have a drink station so you can get tea and water refills, since they don't have wait staff.

The food is good and the staff are friendly. If you’re into board games and fantasy, they smash it in the atmosphere category. If you’re on the carnivore diet like me, then you’ll find the menu easily accessible.

The BLT is really good. Burgers were also good. Chicken tenders were OK for kids... We'll go back for sure. We just did take out. It was like 830 when I placed the order. I didn't think they would do it so close to closing but they did. Great customer service....

Had an amazing time today! The employees were awesome and friendly. The food was delicious. The environment was so cozy and they had so many fun things to look at and buy. My only complaint is that the dnd books were a bit pricy compared to online marketplaces such as Amazon (10$-15$ difference) but they had a lot of alternate covers for dnd books I haven’t seen before. And it’s very girl friendly! The last photo is a cute caddy they had in the woman’s restroom for women who might forget something at home. I felt immediately welcomed when I saw that and felt like it was a safe place. I struggle with anxiety, especially going to new places, and everyone was so kind but not in the “follow you around the store and bother you with questions” kind of way. I definitely felt safe and comfortable, which is rare! 10/10 experience. I’m excited to go back soon when I have more money 🥰

We came looking for Warhammer 40k and left with full bellies, warm hearts, and an eagerness to return! We went to a local festival where a vendor suggested that we try this place out since we enjoy all things geeky and nerdy. When we looked it up online, we saw the Warhammer 40k, D&D, and Magic the Gathering and we were sold. A little bit of a drive for us, but it was well worth it! From the time we hit the door, we were welcomed like old friends as they explained everything. My son instantly noticed their large Warhammer section and I bee-lined towards the D&D wall. My husband walked off into the neighboring room to look at the generous selection of board games. We were then directed to a full menu that was also available. So, when I say that this place has it all - they really do have it all! Great food. Nice people. An amazing selection of board games, dice, trading cards (their Magic the Gathering section is FANTASTIC), and even plushies and toys. Even if you are just looking to get into Dungeons and Dragons or just want a safe space to play games, The Dragon’s Nest is definitely it! Side note: I have never, in my life, seen a place offer toiletries for women (should they need it). It was a welcome surprise that is uncommonly kind and I hope to see more of the like with other businesses. Women are not necessarily a mainstay in the gaming world and oftentimes get looked as an object of interest. This small act acknowledges that not only are women invited into the store, but they are encouraged.
