NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. 100% the worst pre-release experience I've ever had. This store is extremely disorganized. They have a lot of product between their board games and TCGs. I attended the Hobbit MTG pre-release and was flabbergasted at their disorganization and how tight the space was. Every chair was pressing against the chair behind it. Each round lasted 20-30 minutes longer than it was supposed to. We were never told anywhere in their marketing or before paying that it was SIX ROUNDS?!!!? They only give the prizes at the very end (so after about 5-6 HOURS OF PLAYING). We felt extremely frustrated after finishing our third round when we went to the counter to get our packs and they said, "Oh yeah we don't do that. You have to wait until after the 6th round." I brought a friend and brother in law and was suprised and a little frustrated at the frequency of pornographic comics laying in every corner of the store. I got even more mad when I went to their website and saw in several places things like "family fun." THIS IS NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY STORE. SHAME ON YOU FOR MARKETING THAT. Of course they have the right to sell what they want, but I feel strongly that it's wrong to have materials like this in a place where kids might see.

Was lucky enough to drop in for casual commander night. Staff and fellow players provided a welcoming environment. And store had fairly priced singles as well as some sealed product. Would definitely recommend checking out this store!!

I've been here a few times and it seemed great, but recently I had a friend get kicked out, brought outside and yelled at incredibly rudely because he was talking about how he didn't like the art on some magic the gathering cards. Very unprofessional way to go about things. He was cussed out by the employee that brought him outside and not given a chance to speak.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, after they've been there a minute. Exactly the kind of people you want working at your Friendly Local Game Store. The manager, Jeremy, is great and has become one of my good friends over my time as a continued customer. For TCG events (specifically Magic: the Gathering), you'd be hard-pressed to find another store so great for regular attendance. In my 7 years of patronage, the Friday Night Magic draft happened, with enough people, every single week except for a few odd ones out during the COVID lockdown, and I was there for them. The best part are the regulars. I've been to a few different stores for drafts, prereleases, and other events (commander night, standard, modern, etc.), but none have had the quantity and quality of people that Dragon's Keep does. The more experienced players don't go easy on you, per se, but they're more than willing to help you revise your deck in Draft and Sealed events. They want you to be able to improve and feel good. Dragon's Keep's employees and culture have fostered a great play space and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They also do have a wide variety of products when it comes to board games, card games, and peripherals. The staff can help you figure out what best meets your needs as well; they don't just sell the products, they use them and know them. Admittedly, I've never purchased comic books there, but I know that they'll order things in for you. Selling singles to the store doesn't net you the best price, and their selection of singles isn't always going to include what you need, but they are far and away one of the best game stores by culture, sealed product and games, and employees. I recommend this to all my friends and family; they are fantastic to me, and they're fantastic to them.

Walked in and greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Looked around and grabbed a card I needed and was on my way. Very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all
