This is the worst shop I have been to in years. I have been an avid comic book collector for over 40 years and know well the signs of a badly run business: poor customer service, poorly curated/organized, unclear or missing pricing. Dragon’s Keep Lehi checks all of those boxes. The back issue comics were difficult to look through. Two rows were so high, I had to take down one box at a time and set them on a table. The clerk behind the counter never greeted me when I walked in the door nor did she ever offer to help with the back issues. I ended up finding about 15 random issues. None of them were priced. When I took them to the counter, the clerk finally acknowledged me and proceeded to try to look up each issue online. Any good shop already has their back issues priced individually or grouped in $1, $2, etc. boxes. The clerk was also not going to worry about condition. I told her no thanks and left all the comics there. The customer should never have to work harder than the owner or employees of a comic/game shop or any other business. I definitely will not go back.

Honestly, I love the store, but this review will stay at one star until the AC gets fixed. It’s insane trying to play games there when me and all the other people there sweat like roofers. Not a great work environment for the employees either. Again, one Star. Seriously, just fix it.

I was going to the store with my little brother and his friend to buy some pokemon, and the workers directed me to this pokemon area and said that each pokemon card would be 10 cents, and then when we went to check out they pretended to scan them for half an hour and then tried to charge me 25 dollars in total for 10 cards which is making it over 2 dollars per card. I was very disappointed with the service and the with the scamming. Definitely never coming back.

I wandered into this bookstore on a rainy Saturday and ended up spending nearly two hours browsing. The selection is excellent, with a great mix of bestsellers, classics, and unique local titles you don’t usually see at larger chain stores. The staff recommendations were especially helpful when I couldn’t decide what to pick. There’s a cozy reading area that made the whole experience feel relaxed and inviting. I ended up leaving with three books instead of one. Compared to shopping online, there’s something special about finding books this way. This place reminded me why I love independent bookstores.

We stopped by this shop while visiting family in the area, and even though we didn’t end up finding anything to purchase this time, we genuinely enjoyed the experience. The store has a great atmosphere—clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate—which immediately made it a comfortable place to browse. The selection was surprisingly impressive, with a wide variety of items that would appeal to collectors, casual shoppers, and anyone who enjoys unique or hobby-related products. Even though nothing specific caught our eye during this visit, it was still fun to look around and see what they had to offer. One thing that really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the manager was. They took the time to greet us, check in without hovering, and make sure we felt comfortable exploring at our own pace. That kind of attitude adds a lot to the overall experience and made the visit feel personal rather than transactional. You can tell they take pride in the store and genuinely care about their customers. Even without making a purchase, we left with a very positive impression. This is definitely a place we’d come back to on future trips, and one we’d easily recommend to anyone in the area. The combination of a great selection, inviting environment, and warm customer service makes it absolutely worth a stop.
