Poor handling of an OP-16 release event from start to finish. The Bandai app listed a Saturday event that the store later admitted was not actually happening. As a newcomer, I traveled to the store in good faith after registering through the official app and only found out on arrival that the event was canceled. Staff then told me I would be moved into Sunday’s event. My app showed me as Successfully registered, but the next day I was switched back to waitlist and told the event was full and nothing could be done. No resolution was offered despite the conflicting information and staff changes. First impression as a new player was extremely disorganized, and I would not rely on this store for release events.

They have a great selection. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Enjoyed my time in the store. (On a personal side note, I liked the music they play)

From start to finish, these guys went above and beyond to help me and made me feel valued the entire process. The customer service here is on another level. What really stood out to me was the owner personally stepping in to help when I was having trouble. He took time out of his own day to work with me and make the deal happen, even when he didn’t have to. That kind of dedication, honesty, and effort is rare to find nowadays. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want to see people succeed. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for people who truly stand behind what they do.

I’ve been coming here for years and have tried to always resist putting a review out. Any and all employees here have always come across as super rude and annoyed (as well as poor hygiene with all due respect). You can stand at their back wall with the high value issues for an hour and I guarantee they won’t ask to assist you or maybe even look at you. They most certainly will not leave their seat behind the register as well as if their life depends on it (especially to help you look for something you ask them about). I had thought a few years ago they made a good turn around but the shorter individual that has worked there for a long time mainly will continue to drive away business with his attitude and remarks. Hopefully it really does get better after all this time as it seems others have the same experience from these reviews as well as things I’ve heard at other shops.

I want to say this is the worst experience I have ever had at a shop, I walked in no greeting, I was looking around the shop, and no one asked if I needed help, when I was at the older books section no one came to help the conversation at the register was more important than business and the game the other employee was in was also more important. I'll just stick to other shops from now on.
