I recently played in a Riftbound tournament here and was so impressed by how well-run the event was. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience, the play space is clean and spacious, and they have a fantastic selection of sealed products and singles. Whether you are a competitive player or just looking for a welcoming local scene, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

If you’re planning to come here for tcg tournaments, don’t. Tournaments start well past their launch time. Prize structures are mismanaged. Recently, they posted a release tournament and did not have the appropriate prizing for the event. They also penalized participants who did not show when notified about this mistake. Edit: The own claims false information. I will spell out exclusively my experience. • Last Wednesday’s Grand Release tournament starts at 1pm. It did not. •prizing was a mat for the winner and promo cards for all contestants. There were no promo packs. •penalized participants who did not cancel before the tournament. This is well within the owners rights. However, he is the only one in NEO who practices this behavior (I’ve spoken to the other owners in the industry).

Local store runs skirmishes at 1pm on weekdays. They line it up with holidays when they can (ran them on both thanksgiving and christmas eve). They fill it with the fakest account names you can think of (suzie q and mike b were in the one i showed up for). I showed up. The play space was set up for whatnot auctions and the dude behind the counter squirmed when asked about rescheduling since they cancelled when people showed.

Do not go here, do not support them and most importantly do not sign up for events in advance with them. This store is a scam. I recently signed up to play a set championship at the store. Before the start time the event was completed. The store wasn't even open at the start time. A local showed up and said that this store has done similar things before. The worst part is, the store charged the registration fee upfront, and had 12 players sign up. So they made well over $1000 between the entry fees they gained and the prizes that they will sell. Update: They apologized about being closed when the event was scheduled. That is pretty terrible customer service, why schedule an event on a day the store is closed? They claim that everyone will be refunded we shall see, I'm guessing that is another scam and will update if it actually happens or not. Update 2: Money was actually refunded. Doesn't excuse them for running an event without actually running the event. Also, it doesn't make up for my time and cost for me to travel to the store. So if they refunded the $480 they made off of people registering in advance. They still can sell the prize support for at least $1400. This place is still a scam until they show proof that they sent the prize kit back to the manufacturer. They are only refunding the money because they got caught and have a negative review. I will not be going back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else going either.

I walked into the store, and neither the owner nor an employee noticed me until I spoke up. They were sitting there, ripping open cards—either on a live video or recording themselves—and they continued doing it. They walked past me three times while I waited to get a price on an item, as nothing had a price on it. They took the item, scanned it, and then looked up the highest price it was going for on eBay or TCGPlayer, overcharging for it and just walked out. This is the only local shop in my area, and I refuse to return. P.S. It’s over 100°F outside, there is no air conditioning in the shop, and it reeked of the worst body odor imaginable .
