Decked Trading Cards

Stay clear - Been here a couple times. Was helped today by a guy with curly hair, prolly one of the owners. Customer service is subpar. He was constantly marking pokemon cards 1 or 2 levels above(thats gonna be a bit of a markup for pokemon). Trying to get this Raichu and he puts on there near mint. I physically show him all the surface scratches and white dots. He still goes its near mint(get a magnifying glass with a light, amazon less than 10$). He doesn't know what near mints means most likely. A 16 year old card is very hard to be at near mint. Two other cards i shouldn't have purchased today was marked at MP - when the whole card has surface scratches and the other has all edge's whitened out(This means HP)zzz. Obviously theres no training here and they just put people on the floor. I've taken my buddy here once and instantly got a really bad vibe. If you care about card condition be wary of shops like this. I get it though, they need to make profit. I regret supporting this store. The dude(owner) that was helping me yesterday look for cards was actually not bad. “MP” card.

They have a wonderful staff, all are super helpful and very insightful! Kevin, Corey, Austin and team run a friendly and welcoming shop. They buy/sell Warhammer, Gundam, Pokemon and MTG, along with various TCG. They helped me build my army and without their store I wouldn't have a safe place. From the Community, Thank you 🙏

Best shop in Rio Rancho for singles, excellent selection of affordable overflow rares and mythics. The cases are always packed with heat too, lots of great singles and special current arts and old foils as well. Definitely my favorite place to shop in Rio Rancho, and the guys here always take trade in’s at 70% which is the best anywhere in RR or even Albuquerque. Highly recommend shopping here for your singles, they always have what I’m looking for.

Decked has been around for a handful of years now, but ranks amoung some of my favorite stores to visit and play at in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area for many reasons. They were very welcoming to my wife when she was still getting into the Pokemon TCG, and provided a solid community and regular events that helped her have a reliable place to play with a great group of people. They have a solid selection of high value and bulk cards for both Pokemon and Magic, as well as a good array of models and paints for many of Game Workshop's titles. At any given time at least one of the people working are most likely the owners themselves, who have always been very knowledgeable, friendly and run the kind of store I grew up going to, and am happy to see exist across the river for Rio Rancho. We have a lot of great choices of places to play locally, and if you're looking for a great one to patronize I suggest you go spend some time at Decked.

I stopped by this store looking for Pokémon cards for my daughter and had such a great experience! They had a really nice selection of items, and everything was in great condition. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole visit enjoyable. You can tell they really care about their customers. My daughter was so excited with what we found, definitely will be coming back!
