Always a friendly experience with a clean and organized atmosphere. Genuinely a great game shop and a wonderful part of the local community.

This company is authentic with good customer service. I have always felt welcome there and have enjoyed the community there. The prices are also pretty fair with the product in good condition

Purchased from here on Friday. Idk if the big guy did it on accident or if they were punctured to look at the promos before (mapping). I purchased one and my brother did as well. Both have the same puncture in the same spot. If the guy did it himself, if would have had one thumb print on opposite sides 🤷‍♂️ This is just a heads up to be careful and to take my loss as a sign. Jumbos might be twice as expensive but they do not sell items like this.

For context, I was a long time and regular customer to this business for several years before being pulled aside by the owner. He banned me on the spot for life and refused to give a reason. Later I ask several friends to ask him why, and he gave all of them completely different and often contradictory reasons. Ultimately, we just figured he hated me specifically for some reason and wanted me gone for good, which said owner has gone above and beyond to do exactly that, writing my name and personal apperance down to ensure I can never come back. This was 7 years ago. It has been 7 years and it seems the business is still owned by the same man who banned one of his best customers, ensuring I will never be welcome here again. TL;DR is this: Had you asked me to review the place 8 years ago i would have said the following: -Great stock -fun events -good well maintained location -Mixed opinions on staff (Some were nice, some clearly just had a 9to 5 to do, and others were outright hostile) But now? Now i would say the staff is downright hostile and even vindictive. While I would personally love to return and be able to enjoy all the business has to offer, that seems very unlikely to ever happen. unless they change, my review of Deck Factory is 0 out of 5 stars, horrible experiences and hostile staff.

This place is the bee's knees. Super friendly staff other players are skilled and knowledgeable the competition is fierce. The play room is large and accommodating many different games. Pricing is fair and they are well stocked. Check this place out.
