Culture Shock

I play MTG and collect pokemon and this seems like a great store based on going there once, will update if this changes. I'm not sure why people are reviewing based on their luck with packs, its like going to a casino where another company sets up their payouts and complaining. As far as singles go I appreciate the way they display the cards and the transparent pricing on each item. Above market price for the most part and I haven't asked about matching. NOOOOW the bad part: A processing fee for card transactions while charging above market and also taxes is ridiculous. I'm a business owner as well and I don't do this even for small orders. I'd understand implementing a "no cards below $x" or "fee for small orders" or whatever but yeah that's kinda wild.

I'll stop by to see what they have, and if I'm buying, don't rush me. No that's not it, I want to see 5 other cards, so stop rushing me. Have someone dedicated to open the locked cards to let you see. I don't trust someone that charges $1 to $5 extra per card and still charges taxes. Change that, and I'll give you a 5 star

Amazing selection for retro gaming and collectibles. Good prices on the Pokemon singles and a lot of Pokemon product in general. Employees were very friendly as well. Will be returning!

The best card shop around! They have an incredible selection of Pokémon singles and sealed products—far more than one person could ever go through in a single visit. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and a huge bonus is that the cards are organized by set, so you don’t have to dig through bulk for hours to find what you need. They also offer a well-organized, playable bulk card system, which is perfect for collectors and players. I wish I lived closer because I’d be here every day.

We’ve been coming weekly since January and Austin & Vanessa always greet us with such kindness. My son and nephew are beginner Pokémon players and they are always willing to help and explain to 11 y/o’s with patience. Everyone here is amazing, even the tournament regulars! We love it here!
