Visiting town, my boyfriend and I decided to check this place out for Pokémon & One Piece cards, and it ended up being one of the best shop experiences I’ve ever had! There was an Ace & Luffy card that caught my eye, but it was out of my budget. The first employee who helped us (I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly kind and took the time to check if they had a more affordable version. They didn’t, which was completely fine, but I really appreciated her going the extra mile. I mentioned that Ace and Luffy are my favorite One Piece characters. That’s when Adria asked me to stop by later, because she had an extra card at home. Not only did she bring me that card, but she brought me several others as well. I still can’t get over how incredibly thoughtful that was. It was such a genuine act of kindness, all because I shared my passion for those characters. Thank you SO much, Adria! I’ll be protecting these cards with my life!!! I also want to give a HUGE shoutout to the shop for taking steps to help prevent scalping. It’s refreshing to see a store that genuinely cares about collectors. Everyone was fantastic, and I’ll absolutely be back the next time I’m in Corpus!

Their stock is good, customer service is something to be desired. I've called in the past to be told cards weren't there just for them to be there when i walk in minutes later to browse. I went in today to potentially trade in some cards and see their products. The other workers were helping customers which is fine but there was a guy in a red shirt that was just standing there and ignored us. He then proceeded to help the guy who came in after us without hesitation. Its unfortunate because they have good stuff in stock all the time, they need to do better.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cotton Collectible is hands down one of the best collectible shops I’ve visited. The customer service is absolutely outstanding, and you can tell the managers and employees genuinely care about their customers. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and treated with respect. What really stands out is how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is. They always take the time to answer questions, help find what you’re looking for, and make sure everyone has a great experience. The management team has done an incredible job creating a welcoming atmosphere for families and collectors of all ages. I love bringing my kids here because the environment is safe, fun, and exciting. The staff is always patient and kind, making each visit memorable for them. It’s rare to find a business where both the employees and management go above and beyond, but Cotton Collectible does exactly that. If you’re looking for great collectibles, exceptional customer service, and a place that truly values its customers, I highly recommend Cotton Collectible. Keep up the amazing work!

As much as I hate to say, I've been in here a handful of times. Not only did those handful of times left me empty handed but also terribly disappointed. First time was great, it was before the hype and staff was friendly. But since the money has gone to the managers head she thinks shes above everyone else which is kind of funny considering she works customer service. I went in asking about some Japanese and she proceeded to tell me they dont carry japanese but yet here's a post they posted prior to me driving an hour and a half to the shop only for them to tell me they dont sell it, as well as in the shop that same card was there. I called numerous times on different days and they never answer the phone. I had to call a different store to see if they even sold gundam and luckily they answered but this shop doesnt. It seems like they only want to remain a shop to retain the Pokemon TCG product but ill see what the BBB has to say. My suggestion? Dont go there unless you are friends with the staff and the owner because they will not make you feel welcomed in any way, they also wont give you good customer service. I would rather drive to Houston from now on.

Visiting a friend and we stopped by this shop. I'm a huge nerd and loved the walls of product! Good sized store and extremely clean. The kitties were a plus ♡ The staff were quick to answer my questions and offered a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Will return on my next trip to Texas!
