Cool Stuff Games Miami

My friends and myself buy stuff here all the time, mainly online orders and we pickup at the store. Since day 1, the staff has been super friendly, helpful and just chill. If I ever had a question or issue they are very quick to help. They seem to get a lot of foot traffic, so they are definitely doing something right in my book. Keep up the good work.

This is a hidden gem! My sons and I stumbled upon the shop after some Froyo at Menchie’s and I am soooo glad we stopped by! The shop is huge and decorated so well! They have the coolest card game products! The latest Pokemon cards and the friendliest staff! They are so sweet to kids who are learning and patient! They even offered to teach the kids how to play the trading card game! We will definitely be back!

Thought the place was legit due to all the good reviews but unfortunately my first time going was an unpleasant experience and I will never return. After purchasing my first ever display booster box, I was shocked when opening the supposedly sealed product and seeing that the packs inside were obviously resealed, I didn’t open any of the packs until I returned to the store. I showed the employees and then I was denied any refund or anything of the sort. so It was decided to open the packs in the store. The cards inside were only extremely cheap common hits which the store used to claim that they were still hits and that I was just unlucky. A very common scamming technique. They had no good explanation for when I showed the obvious signs of the packs being resealed. The packs were literally sealed incorrectly and looked as if they were sealed twice. The packs were not even fully sealed. Initially, Like I said before, I hadn’t open a single pack after opening the box and asked if I could get a refund or if they’d work something out with me. The employees seemed somewhat understanding but unfortunately the owner and manger was not and said they would not take back the product or refund me my money. It seems no place in south Florida is trust worthy.

Super big place! Love their Virtual inventory, its super convenient. Im not a big fan of their prices but its nothing worth criticizing either. Great place for playing tcg! Not a lot of Singles, but a variety of bulk. Nothing at msrp but they seem to stick to market, which is fine.

Just wanted to take a moment to shoutout this awesome TCG spot! The staff is amazing, the prices are great, and the tournaments are very fun. Big thank you to Jaylen, Tyler, Chris, Sadaam, Hailey and all the rest for being courteous, professional, and always working hard to make sure all who come in feel welcome. You guys are awesome!
