Comics To Astonish Inc

I was hoping there would be more comics at this "comic shop," but really it's more of a card table game shop. They have a small section for newer comics, but I literally mean two wire racks and an empty wooden one. One wall is covered with pre-bagged graphic novels. There are a few short boxes of older comics, but they're hard to reach because of the tables for card games. Literally got knocked a couple of times by the guys at the table while trying to look in the boxes. Everything I asked for, I was told to look online. Yeah, but if I wanted to shop online for comics, I wouldn't be at the store, would I? They do have a large stock of toys for creepy guys, like figurines of girls with large chests and tiny bikinis. I came with intentions to buy comics and left with nothing. Also, the place has a stench they may want to address.

Great selection, great vibes, great hidden corners we're still exploring. My boys and I are already planning our next Gotta Catch 'Em All adventure. The moral of this review: 'great' doesn't cover it! this place is the rare original where the sequel might actually be even better.

So much to look at. Amazing selection of comics, bulk magic card rares to dig through, a wall full of booster packs and one of the best collectors pack selection I've seen around. Love to stop in every now and than and buy way to much because they always have something I don't see often.

These guys are awesome! Im not local but their online ordering experience is fantastic! I was able to find many comics I was looking for to complete a collection and all at reasonable prices. Everything came packaged extremely safe and shipped fast. Would recommend to anyone looking to order comics online. Will be ordering again.

This local store has had a GREAT selection for a long time and continues to deliver with great options for all kinds of comics, TCGs, and collectables. Even with the current Pokemon boom, they still manage to have reasonable prices for products, and overall throughout the store. Great people, always friendly, and patient while browsing. Will continue to support!
