Comics &!

Great little shop. Had an awesome prerelease experience here for Magic the Gathering. Owners seem to really care about their store and their community.

Was met at the door by the owner stating they close in 15 minutes. Walked around for five minutes before being told. “ If you’re not gonna buy you anything, you’re gonna have to ask you to leave” Don’t have to worry about me spending my hard dollars there, Took my business somewhere else and will never be back…

Well I felt like I wasn’t wanted here. Walked in and two ladies at the front desk. Didn’t speak to me, so I spoke first. The “hey” was so dry as if I was a bother. So I proceeded to walk and look at some of the stuff. Then I guy came out the back and I spoke and he just looked at me and gave a dry “hi”. But another guy walks in the store, he greets him and has a conversation and me and my family walk out. He didn’t even say bye or anything. Was going to buy something but it’s okay 😂 I would LOVE to take my business elsewhere where people are more friendly and welcoming.

Would've been nice to update your store hours before I drove an hour to check out the store. I'll come back up there eventually, and depending on selection and service I might change my review.

No new comics. No selections. Inventory was probably 100 individual comic book issues on their wall, most of it 3-5 years old. Worst part was the old man owner heckled me not to read the comics before I bought them. Needless to say, I had gone in to browse & buy some comic book issues but I put that comic back on the rack and purchased nothing. I’ll never waste time nor money in that store again.
