Owner was rude literally grabbed my friends money while they was counting to purchase something, didn't say anything when he walked up and immediately touched thier money, thinking they was selling cards to each other, didn't ask, didn't attempt a conversation to figure out what happened. Very rude and unprofessional will never visit again

What a disappointment. It looks like they only display this week's comics on a magazine rack that damages the comics as people flip through them. Today the back room was filled with gamers, so I am guessing that is their bread and butter. But, the issues printed before this week go immediately into the back issue boxes and the back issue boxes are a crazy mess! I couldn't make heads or tails of it. There's nothing that marks where the comics are even if they're attempting to organize alphabetically. There were workers standing around that seem like they had nothing to do, so they could have been cleaning up those bins and labeling them with the alphabet at least. This place should not be called comics asylum. This looks like we're comics go to die. This should be called gamers asylum for the very least comics graveyard.

I am quite dissatisfied with the establishment where my friends and I frequently engage in magic card games and purchase a substantial amount of merchandise. However, my recent interactions with one of the employees, a taller gentleman who is not the owner, have been particularly unpleasant. He exhibited rudeness and a lack of enthusiasm for his role. Despite his long tenure at the establishment, I believe he requires retraining with a customer service mindset. Furthermore, I am concerned about a policy that prohibits my friend from using proxy cards, even though competitive tournaments for Commander allow the use of up to 40 proxies. This policy has created a negative impression among my friends, who are now hesitant to attend our games. While I understand the desire to generate revenue, it is important to recognize that many of us come to play for the enjoyment of the game itself, regardless of the potential for prize winnings. As a business owner, I would recommend reviewing your policies to identify the factors contributing to customer dissatisfaction and determine the necessary measures to ensure the continued success of your establishment.

Nice looking shop. I went in to look at magic cards but was told to go online to look at inventory so it was a bit of a dissappoinment for me. There are other places with gem cases and bulk to sit down and peruse so I wont likely be back.

Great atmosphere, employees, and patrons. Ideal place to play Friday Night Magic, Saturday Showdown, Magic re-release events, sealed, and draft. Even though I am strictly Magic Player, it also seems like a great scene for other card games such as Yugioh, they always have large turnouts. Also seems to be a great place to play D&D. Highly recommended
