Columbia Sports Cards & More

I purchased a full case of Women’s Soccer product on Friday morning the 14th of August. Almost immediately I got a shipping label with tracking from FedEx. On Monday I went to check the order due to when I purchased it it said delivery expected Wednesday. When I checked the tracking it showed the package still at their warehouse so I called. The gentleman said they were checking with FedEx and that I should see a email about the update. So I checked back Tuesday to see if there was an update. No email. So I called again then they said that the building that does the online part isn’t the same as the actual store so I asked to speak to a manager the guy said that the manager wouldn’t be there till the next day. So this is now Wednesday still no email, still no update to FedEx so I called again and then they told me that the warehouse doesn’t have a phone number and that “other than the warehouse staff coming over once or twice a day” they have no way of contacting them. This is mental. So I sent another email which basically said please give me an update to my order and when I should receive it. If they could not do that then please refund my order. The immediate next morning my order was canceled and then a up to 10 day refund. Sorry but this is not the way people should expect from a business. Especially since I emailed like I was asked to with no response and no understanding the whole time of what happened to my order.

Love this card shop, it is my families go to place! Very clean and organized, also has a great staff! Great pricing on singles (best in the area in my opinion), my husband grabs football singles but i would love more options for Disney singles…who ever is in charge of that lol! But overall top notch shop and happy with every experience we’ve had here!! Highly recommend.

I can't tell you how many great deals I have gotten from this place. The staff and owner are amazing! Got to chat and go over stuff with them, even got recommended a video game or two(like the orginal baulders gate). They give great deals for singles and they try there best to always have stock of what's popular. I would recommend these guys over any "lucky" card shop!

Best card shop in the PNW! Prices are very competitive. Being from Oregon I always forget Tax, but that’s my problem not theirs. Took a bunch of value singles in for trade. They gave me more than my asking price. If you go in there with a fair asking price, understanding that when your trading in cards they are purchasing them from you as a “wholesaler” and they have to make money to keep their wonderful establishment open, you won’t leave unhappy. Picked up this wonderful “stamped” Bulbasaur for an outstanding deal! I will be sending in a grading order through Columbia just to send as much business their way as possible!

People are super friendly and helpful! The prices for singles are good, sometimes the sealed product can be on the spendier side. They are always happy to help you find what you need, even if they don't have it
